Cincinnati, OH My passion and lifelong career has been spent being a catalyst for community and spiritual renewal. My projects include award winning espresso bars, community coffeehouses, bookstore - study centers, and community centers, conference centers and spiritual centers.
CCO Associate Larry Bourgeois first joined the CCO in 2005 and serves as a ministry resource to staff and students at Cincinnati area colleges and universities. He is CCO’s “third place” ministry advocate, and he has been involved starting coffeehouses and bookstore projects since his early college and graduate school years in the 1970s.

He’s a cultural entrepreneur, a community strategist, a theologian and a master of hospitality and good conversation. He is also Cincinnati’s very own patron saint of espresso, and you might not even know his name. Larry Bourgeois was almost a commercial pilot just like his father, but now he flies only for fun.
