May 19, 2022 · This quest is one of several regional Lost Lore of Gorgoroth quests. These quests revolve around collecting audio journals that provide context to and depictions of historical events. Every time you collect pages of a tome, a short audio log will play.
As u/Toffington points out, these lost lore pages are accessed from the eastern side of Seregost. Some are in the courtyards, and the ones at the western front of Seregost are on balconies. There is also a Seregost explorer deed.

Sep 28, 2023 · What people used to do is wait for a group to clear the raid and then invite anyone who wanted to inside to collect the pages. Though, this isn't always the best plan since enemies can respawn and some of those pages are hard to find unless you have someone there to guide you along the way.

This area is split into five separate zones of Udûn, Dor Amarth, Lhingris, Talath Urui and Agarnaith. Technically Orodruin counts as a sixth due to the mountain’s size – but only really works as an extension of Dor Amarth.
