Maine East is a proud member of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) and Central Suburban League (CSL) and competes in the North Division of the CSL conference. We currently offer 26 athletic teams made up of 12 girls, 11 boys, and 2 co-ed programs (cheer & dance).
