Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by accessing My Account or reaching out to Marvel Customer Support at help.marvel.com. All subscription fees are nonrefundable. No refunds or credits for partial months or years. Please see the Marvel Unlimited Subscriber Agreement and the Marvel Unlimited Annual Plus Terms for more details.
I was able to cancel just last week, but only after I had this issue whenever I clicked a link that supposedly took me to the cancel page. Try logging in and then finding tab under your account name for “manage subscription” or something like that.

If you signed up with a marvel account, go to marvel.com, sign in to your account (top left), click account settings and then scroll to where your see Marvel Unlimited, click on manage membership, then hit cancel.
