   What we got were completely flat and off the shelf cheap insoles. We have been fighting for a refund for weeks and had to do a chargeback. Their customer service reps have the title of “Support Hero” but it is a joke. Walmart has better service than these folks.

   Poor customer service on shop mashable. I bought a course on the 1st of January 2019, I made mistake with my email address while purchasing the course and I could not redeem the code for my course due to this. I have sent several complaints to their support but no response.
