Jul 3, 2024 · For all of its surreal storytelling, The Maxx is a violent show that's more edgy than it is gratuitous. More often than not, Maxx ends up in ruthless hand-to-hand clashes with the Isz, Mr. Gone, or some random street crook. Yet, the show is bloodless in its execution of mayhem.
