Oct 7, 2014 · Sabine Lubbe Bakker and Niels Van Koevorden’s Ne Me Quitte Pas (Don’t Leave Me) was nominated for Best Documentary Feature at the Tribeca Film Festival where it also won Best Editing and now is presented as part of the LFF Documentary Competition. And a worthy contender it is indeed.
Niels van Koevorden (1984) was born as a farmers’ son in Tiel, the Netherlands. At the age of three he moved with his parents to Belgium. He finished the secondary school in Antwerp and after fourteen years of Flemish culture he returned to the Netherlands to continue his studies.
Niels van Koevorden is known for Ne me quitte pas (2013), Becoming Mona (2020) and Ik stond erbij (2012).
