Paul Kelly's character is very frustrating-he's supposedly a crime busting hard charger but every time he runs into a problem he behaves like a petulant emotionally stunted child. Fay Wray and Douglas Croft both give decent performances but the standout is Marietta Canty as the clear-eyed plain speaking maid Lucy.
