It's got an innocent sense of humor that kids will love, and the plot is interesting for both parents and children.

Jay Underwood as the teenage robot Chip Carson steals the show, and Alan Thicke is good as his scientist father, Jonas Carson.

Review by EvilVegan ★★★. A fine replacement if you were unable to see Ghoulies Go to College (1990) because you were stuck watching Disney all the time. Not Quite Human II is on par with the previous film in the trilogy and overall is just as good.
