In Rivet Town, Rodney Copperbottom (Ewan McGregor) is a young inventor who idolizes Bigweld (Mel Brooks), whose company develops useful machines. Rodney invents the Wonderbot (Chris Wedge) to help his father Herb (Stanley Tucci) clean dishes at a restaurant.
When Rodney sets out to the metropolis Robot City, he intends to show his inventions to his hero Bigweld, who hosted his own reality show. But when he reaches Robot City, he discovers that Bigweld is nowhere in sight and the latter's company is run by the snotty new manager Ratchet.
Robots is a 2005 American movie which was produced by Blue Sky Studios for 20ty century Fox. It's one of the best movies to ever grace this planet. A video game of the same name was released for consoles in the same year.
