America's Most Beautiful Concert Hall. Regarded by many music-lovers as one of the world's most beautiful concert halls, Severance opened in 1931 as the home of The Cleveland Orchestra. Today, the main concert hall is known as the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Concert Hall.
Severance Hall, also known as Severance Music Center, is a concert hall in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, home to the Cleveland Orchestra. The Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel Concert Hall at Severance has four levels with concert seating. Reinberger Chamber Hall is on the Street Level, while seating for the Concert Hall is accessed from the Orchestra Level, Box Level, Dress Circle, and Balcony Levels.

The Cleveland Pops Orchestra plays its 6 season concert at our main venue, Severance Hall in Cleveland, OH. The annual holiday performance is at Playhouse Square in Connor Palace, acting as our secondary location.

Most of our shows are played at Severance Hall in Cleveland, OH. We do play our annual holiday show at Connor Palace in Playhouse Square. During the summer, we play throughout Northeast Ohio at various locations.
