I created it and I have no idea what it is supposed to do. Shield of Honor - When Equipped gives the player Damage Explosion Resistance, also gives the Resistance Potion Effect, If the player already has Resistance, increases Resistance Level by 1.

Shield of honor, on the other hand, is one of the best baubles in the game. It gives permanent resistance that stacks with rings of resistance, and ignores every sixth hit and ignores 10% of headshots. It's just really really good. Hatching is cool though I guess. Shield of honor easily.
