Feb 18, 1990 · Overview. During the critical experiment that would rid David Banner of the Hulk,a spy sabotages the laboratory. Banner falls in love with the spy, Jasmin, who performs missions only because her sister is being held hostage by Jasmin's superiors.
Synopsis. David Banner masquerades as David Bellamy, a mentally-challenged janitor in order to gain access to a scientific research facility near Portland, Oregon. He has determined that the studies of one of the scientists there, Dr. Ronald Pratt, may hold the key to curing his condition.
David Banner tries to cure himself of his transformations into the Hulk and falls in love with a beautiful woman, only to find himself in a fatal battle with a terrorist group. Director Bill Bixby
