Jan 3, 2023 · Reviewer: worthyvess - - September 2, 2024. Subject: Moving. It is amazing to us that this movie was made in 1945. There had to be fresh wounds in people's hearts and minds. It was sad, especially when you read what actually happened there. So many of the soldiers depicted didn't make it.
