Catherine Jensen has been with Pittsburgh PD homicide for six months. When a woman's body is found at an old abandoned mill site, Jensen suspects that they are dealing with a serial killer. Her superior, Lt. Dunn, thinks otherwise and tells her to let it go and move on.
