Tom Campbell, the Founder of FALCAN, has over 30 years experience in Assisted Living. He has owned, operated and Administered Assisted Living Communities. In addition, Tom is certified to provide ALF CORE Training as a AHCA Certified Assisted Living Facility Trainer in Florida.
