Punk has everything to do with the music that you let consume your whole life, and I think if you really love punk rock, then you can call yourself a punk rocker. As for what punk means to me, it means the world to me and nothing less.
If you like the music and participate in the scene, and you think of yourself as a punk, you are punk. What you think, believe or dress like doesn't make you more or less of a punk. Might make you an asshole, but it doesn't mean you are not a punk.
