For the most part, all you have to do is copy the exact filename of the movie or TV video file and paste it as the subtitle file's filename.
YTS/Yify shut down years ago iirc. Anything up now is just a clone exploiting the popularity/name. I've started using yts.mx though and enjoy it. The uploads are usual yts/yify quality, and they also have a web streaming feature if you don't want to torrent.
