    Valerie feels that Holly is not making adjustments like she does, living in the house. She introduces a set of house rules, which Holly breaks on the first day.

    Val has trouble adjusting to Holly's carefree attitude, so she makes the teen follow a strict set of rules spelled out on paper called GRC (Good Roommate Chart).
