     In a more serious tone, you should always consult to your lawyer, but it could be helpful if you read the annotated MPL 1.1 at: http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/MPL-1.1-annotated.html but it basically means that the files can be combined with proprietary files on a "larger work", still, it would be wise if you read the annotated version and consult it with a lawyer.

     I'm not sure about if you have doubts about Apache license since you mention it on the question topic but not in the body of your question.

     Its not cURL, its HTTP, that allows a header User-Agent, that describes the user agent of the client.

     Additionally, PowerShell has built-in type accelerators for certain often-used types, which are single-component names that refer to specific types without needing to specify their namespace of origin; e.g., [xml] is a type accelerator for [System.Xml.XmlDocument].

     This TechNet blog post shows that you can use the following command to list all built-in type accelerators:

     As TheIncorrigible1 points out, you can even define your own type accelerators with the ::Add()

     method; e.g., the following command defines [cmdinfo] as an accelerator for type [System.Management.Automation.CommandInfo]:

     The new accelerator will be available session-globally (but only for the current session), even if the call is made from a child scope.

     That said, there's a good reason not to do this:

     • System.Management.Automation.TypeAccelerators is not a public type, so it isn't part of PowerShell's public API, and therefore not guaranteed to be there (in its present form) in the future.
     • Therefore, the using namespace approach is preferable.

     For a commercial software RPL is even worse than GPL.

     It is true that you have to publish your source code on any derivative work.

     Also in GNU web site it says:

     The Reciprocal Public License is a non-free license because of three problems. 1. It puts limits on prices charged for an initial copy. 2. It requires notification of the original developer for publication of a modified version. 3. It requires publication of any modified version that an organization uses, even privately.
