VIP 3 is the third celebrity season of Big Brother Albania.
•Two-Part Premiere: For the first time in Big Brother Albania VIP history, the entrance of the original housemates took place across two episodes. The first 18 competitors entered on Day 1, followed by Albi Nako, Arta Kabashi, Bardhi Idrizi, Dea Vieri, Fation Kuqari, and Klodian Duro on Day 4.
•Round Trip Ticket: Similar to the previous VIP editions, each housemate received an envelope, which would be opened upon their elimination. If the ticket said "One Way," they would be permanently eliminated, but if it said "Return," they would be able to return to the game.
•Pandora's Box: During some eviction shows, the chosen housemate would receive both a reward and a punishment.
•The White Room: During Week 12, Egla Ceno, Ilnisa Agolli, and Meriton Mjekiqi moved into the White Room, where the public voted for one of them to return to the game.
