Oroku Saki / The Shredder - one of Mikey's enemies Mikey first met Shredder in The Gauntlet" and was terrified at first, but he still managed to escape with his life, along with his brothers. He seems to be intimidated and scared by him.
Mikey, when written well, is great. The IDW series really focuses on his heart and compassion, which probably makes it my favorite version of him but I liked this interpretation too. He's goofy, but he's not dumb.
