The biggest issue I have with MOD is inconsistency and soggy crusts. The amount of toppings they put on varies a lot between visits. And I don't know if it's a temperature thing, dough composition, or topping wetness issue but I find MOD pizzas to have a real problem with soggy crusts towards the middle of the pizza.
