     Know your delegates. Every .Net interview I've been on has asked me about delegates. Know why they exist, know how to declare them, and how to consume them, understand what multicast delegate is. Understand how to use a multicast delegate when one of the handlers throws an exception. Know what the compiler does with a delegate. Understand how delegates can give you "automatic" asynchronous APIs. Get familiar with the newer more convenient generic delegates - Action and Func.

     Bonus: delegates vs events. What are the differences? When would you use one over the other?

     You are missing a then after if. Also your test expression in if is incorrect

     You just have to get the input for the do loop right:

     Remarks: this works for reading out a file word-by-word and I tried to keep your structure.

     Here is a quick example of how to use an HttpClient to send the data you need to send to the WhatsApp On-Premises Business API. This example is not complete and cannot be directly implemented into production but does show you how to form the post to the WhatsApp API. Do bear in mind you may need to add auth headers and other parts to the request and this is a minimum example that only shows how to form the request itself.

     The URI for the API will be different so this example will always return an error message from Facebook.

     If you want to respond to a message you will need to implement a similar solution using WhatsApps API to respond to a specific message. Definitely refer to their documentation for the proper structure of a message to them.

     After ssh to the server Just backgrounding your script (./myscript &) will not daemonize it. You must disconnect stdin, stdout, and stderr, and make it ignore the hangup signal (SIGHUP).

     nohup ./myscript 0<&- &>/dev/null &

     will do the job. Or, to capture all output:

     nohup ./myscript 0<&- &> my.admin.log.file &
