Aug 26, 2013 · Alright, I know what you're all thinking: Whatever Happened to Robot Jones is something that was made in 2002; it's a twenty-first century cartoon and does not really belong on Retro Junk. Well, this cartoon holds more than just a short run and lack of support from Cartoon Network.
The original season involved three competitions for the robot builders. The first — called “The Gauntlet” — was an obstacle course. The second — “The Trial” — featured games like “Football” and “Tug of War.” The last challenge was “The Arena,” which required the bots to compete in the familiar combat based battles.
