God makes everything within His creation; therefore, angels are created beings. The Bible says angels belong to God (Hebrews 1:7), verifying that angels are created beings with a definite beginning point.
It is interesting to note that this angel did not appear on earth while Jesus was in the flesh. The angel who announced Jesus’ birth to the shepherds was prob. Gabriel, but was referred to only as “an angel of the Lord” ( Luke 2:9 ).
