    William Dozier is the legendary narrator and producer of the classic television series as well as the Green Hornet. He dictated the overall style and tone of the show, creating the "Dozierverse."

    According to The Official Batman Batbook by Joel Eisner, Mr. Dozier interviews dozens of voice over actors to play the part of the narrator, but none seemed right.
