My final decision. For the reasons I’ve explained, my final decision is that I don’t uphold this complaint. I don’t direct Watford Insurance Company Europe Limited to do any more in response to this complaint. Under the rules of the Financial Ombudsman Service, I’m required to ask Miss W to accept or reject my decision before 7 June 2022.
