Jul 17, 2017 · At its core, Tattletail is a classic killer robot tale. That much is apparent from the game’s plot on the most surface of levels. But the bigger question — the bigger story — is about why Mama Tattletail was banned, and exactly what happened to set off the events seen in Tattletail.
Tattletails are sentient and good. It is obvious they are trying to banish Mama with the seance and in the good ending, Tattletail rewards you with his tag (states he likes you a lot), a golden flashlight, and says thank you. Some questions still puzzle me: how sentient are they? Why are they sentient? What is their relationship with Mama ...
No one really understands the Kaleidoscope. I'm still counting on one more update that will hopefully shed some more light on what we learned from it.
