The mixture most often comprises a blend of psychotria viridis (aka chacruna ), which contains DMT, and Baniseriopsis Caapi, which contains a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAO-I).
What is Xanga? Also called Changa, it is a sacred medicine whose main component is DMT or "spiritual molecule", which in combination with other plants generates therapeutic effects of great value for healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
Xanga medicine is essentially made from a plant that provides DMT (tepezcohuite) and an IMAO (peganum harmala). Experience with Xanga is analogous to Ayahuasca, much more connected to Mother Earth and perceptive than smoking DMT crystals.
