Nov 24, 2023 · The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) has launched a new identification system for seafarers called SID/ SRB. Since November 2019, they already stopped producing our Seafarer’s Identification and Record Book (SIRB) as you can see in the online appointment MISMO.
Apr 2, 2023 · The new MARINA SID/SRB online appointment system caters the issuance and renewal of SID (Seafarers Identity Document) and/or SRB (Seafarer’s Record Book). This is a separate service from MISMO. Thus, does not need any registration or need to create a new account.
You can now set an appointment with MARINA. In the light of safety and precautionary health measures, the MARINA shall conduct a full online evaluation of applications for issuance of STCW Certificates.
