She married Malcolm III, King of Scots, becoming his Queen consort. Early life. Saint Margaret was the daughter of the English prince Edward the Exile, son of Edmund Ironside.
She married Malcolm III 'Longneck' King of Scotland in 1068, in Scotland. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 2 daughters. She died on 16 November 1093, in Midlothian, Scotland, United Kingdom, at the age of 48, and was buried in Dunfermline Abbey, Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland.
