Amber Waves is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit farm, market, café and bakery on Main Street in Amagansett on Long Island. We offer farm fresh produce, hot meals made with our seasonal ingredients, outdoor educational experiences, and events for kids and families hosted in our fields.

Amber Waves is a diversified operation on about 25 acres of farmland in East Hampton, and Amagansett. We grow over 350 varieties of vegetables, herbs, flowers, and grains, honoring the seasonal and local bounty that our unique location offers.
