  3. Senior Associate Dean & Associate Dean of Faculty. Senior Associate Dean Bieber has been a member of the UNM Department of History since 1994. Prior to joining the UNM faculty, she earned her Ph.D. in History from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Anthropology from Rutgers University.
