William H. Moos (born circa 1951) is an American former college athletics administrator and college football player. He served as the athletic director at the University of Montana from 1990 to 1995, the University of Oregon from 1995 to 2007, Washington State University from 2010 to 2018, and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln from 2017 to 2021.
