The Canton Classic Car Museum was established by the late Marshall Belden, Sr in 1978. The museum currently exhibits forty rare and unusual classic and special interest automobiles.
Did you know that there were cars built in Ohio and there were 7 built right here in Canton? The Canton Classic Car Museum has one! The Holmes was built here in Canton Ohio by Arthur Holmes. The Holmes was: “The world’s only full sized air-cooled car”.
The Canton Classic Car Museum is currently home to 45 rare classic and special interest automobiles. The museum also holds thousands of pieces of historic memorabilia on display to compliment the cars. The museum features a 1937 Ahrens-Fox Quad fire engine; a 1937 Packard hearse; and a 1957 BMW Isetta to name a few.
We have a delayed opening Saturday, August 3rd, 2024. We will open at 12pm. Driving Directions Parking lot is located on Sixth Street SW, behind building. From the North (Cleveland)Follow I-77 South to Exit 105/Tuscarawas/Downtown. Turn left onto Tuscarawas Street.
