Charles Carver Martensen (born July 31, 1988) is an American actor. His best known roles include Porter Scavo on the ABC television series Desperate Housewives, Ethan on the MTV television series Teen Wolf, Scott Frost on the first season of the HBO television series The Leftovers, and as Cowboy in both The Boys in the Band on Broadway and the subsequent 2020 film of the same name.
It was there in school that Charlie had his first exposure to acting. He went on to study at the Interlochen Arts Academy, ACT San Francisco, and the University of Southern California, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Art History. Carver's acting debut came in 2008 when he won the role of Porter Scavo in ABC's Desperate Housewives.
