  5. Originally from Los Angeles, Walla received an MFA ins sculpture from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a Professor of Art at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He is the recipient of several award and grants, including a McKnight Fellowship, and his artwork has been shown nationally.
