With the support and direction of the lead agency, Close to Home San Antonio, the Alliance to House Everyone convenes to share information, provide training opportunities, recommend coordination strategies, and address service gaps, or resource needs.
Oct 18, 2023 · South Alamo Regional Alliance for the Homeless, the nonprofit agency tasked with coordinating San Antonio and Bexar County’s homelessness response system, has a new name: Close to Home.
In 2015, Close to Home (CTH) was designated as the lead Continuum of Care (CoC) agency for San Antonio and Bexar County.
