We are excited to let you know that the new portal for searching Connecticut Land Records is officially launched. On the new RECORDhub portal, you will continue to have the ability to search records, and print or download images, index data, and search results.
Certain towns in Connecticut allow access to their land records online. Some provide only index data; others also allow viewing of images and possibly the printing of the same. Dates applicable to what is online vary by town.
Click here to view the Land Records online. The town clerk records and keeps permanent documentation and indexing of all transactions. Land records are open for public inspection during normal business hours.
Aug 21, 2024 · Recorded Land images are available from June 1, 1983 to current. Maps index and images are available from September 23, 1835 to current. New recordings will be added and kept up to date as quickly as possible. Be sure to check the certification dates when searching these records.

Searching Land Records. Land Records are accessible to search online using the Land Record Portal RecordHUB below. All Land Records/Maps/Foreclosure Registrations can be searched using the Land Record Portal. Tradenames are also available from 2006 to present.
Land Records are available online! Glastonbury's system provides 24/7 internet access free of charge to a real-time search of the land record indexes dating back to May 4, 1693. Land Record images are available online through a fee based subscription.
