Blink was the tenth episode of series 3 of Doctor Who. Based on an earlier short story by writer Steven Moffat, Blink introduced the Weeping Angels. It was also the second "Doctor-lite" story in BBC Wales Doctor Who, having come about out of a need in the production schedule for double banking.
