The Domes include two permanent collections - the tropical 'jungle' dome and the arid 'desert' dome. Both Domes are open to the public year-round and stay nice and warm, even in the middle of winter. Visit at different times throughout the year to see different plants in bloom.

The conservatory, also known as the Domes, is located in Mitchell Park in Milwaukee, and as well as the main Domes campus, the site includes six propagation greenhouses and a greenhouse used for special events.
There are three domes that house the plant collection: The Desert Dome, the Tropical Dome and the Floral Show Dome. Note that the Show Dome transitions to five different (and spectacular!) shows each year.
