Fort Stanwix National Monument opened in 1976 for America’s Bicentennial. There is a lot to see and do at this National Park Service site. And, it's all FREE. The place to start is at the Willett Center which is open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, except for New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
