Gerald Green's 6' 8", and I'll say the top of his head is 8ish inches above the rim (so, 10' 8"). That makes the vertical, with a run up BUT with a windmill, an astonishing 48 inches. Spud Webb was 5' 7", and if his head was straight, I'll say it'd be 4in below the rim (so, 9' 8").
