I was followed by my Urologist after surgery and watched as my PSA slowly climbed from 0.03 to 1.5 within a few years.

Jun 14, 2024 · Most Gleason scores used to assess prostate biopsy samples range from 6 to 10. A score of 6 indicates a low-grade prostate cancer. A score of 7 indicates a medium-grade prostate cancer.
Cancers with a Gleason score of 7 may be called moderately differentiated or intermediate-grade. Cancers with Gleason scores of 8 to 10 may be called poorly differentiated or high-grade . Biopsy cores might be samples from different areas of the same tumor or different tumors in the prostate.
