Jun 22, 2021 · You no longer have to be a dealer to order parts from GD. You can now order parts directly from GD. When you call the customer service number one of the options is to order parts. The customer service rep I was talking to said it was a new service in the last couple of months.

Apr 12, 2021 · All cosmetic damage, no damage to the slide mechanism or any components. Fortunately I had the head on a swivel and realized pretty quick my mistake. Well, it happened, its over, now to just fix it. I need to see about pricing our replacement parts for the damage.
