Jul 22, 2015 · Might be wrong but isn't Gunny Highways ribbons a bit out of precedence as regards to the Navy Achievement, Navy commendation, Purple Heart and the Bronze Star? And also from what is said in the movie about his conduct, I don't see that there should have been that many stars on the Good Conduct Ribbon.
