This behavior is unacceptable and seems like a scam. The significant discounts they offer appear to be misleading, as customers are not receiving the products they paid for. Please be cautious and think twice before placing any orders with this company.
Mar 1, 2024 · Total scam. I bought a spray which turned out to be a cheap knockoff that had bad after chemical odor. I tried to return it the same day and I realised I would have to pay the shipping (again) and they would charge almost half for restocking fee.

I wouldn't say Hotel Collection is a scam—the scents are nice—but be prepared for faulty products galore. I purchased their Pro Diffuser, which stopped working just two months in.
