Competitive Teams. Includes men and women from 20 years old and up. This is a beginner adult cheerleading team that focuses on all aspects of competitave cheer. Team members work on jumps, tumbling, strength, flexibility, stunts, motions and dance.
Intensity's 10,000 square foot Training Center was designed specifically for Cheerleading & Tumbling. 2 full 54' x 42' competition spring floors. Covered, weatherproof outdoor foam floor practice area. 54' of mirrors in front of the cheer floors. 40' Rod Floor.
