Oct 1, 2019 · We take the longest name, size it to the max width we are going to use (say 12 inches) and whatever font size that results in, we use for every other name. End result all names are using the same size font. Number font size really doesn't matter, but we keep it uniform. Usually 6 inches tall.

Dec 10, 2009 · check with your buyer. if they have referees from an association they could have a regulation on jersey number size. (and numbers used) A good order form with a customer signature solves any future issues. (I would think 6" is good though) Reply Like.

Feb 24, 2011 · You can set up a template that is about 12" wide by 2" tall. If the name goes beyond these measurements, "squeeze" the text vertically, so that it will fit within 12", but maintain the height of the letters at 2". Hope this helps! Thanks for your help. I decided to go with 2.5" and I can use ss10 stones.
